Why I'm doing this giveaway

I recently joined the board of the Elmbrook Education Foundation. EEF started in 1958 as the Lancer-Spartan Scholarship Foundation. Since then it has awarded more than $1.8 million in scholarships and over $945,000 in grants for programs the district budget doesn't cover.

Right now EEF is helping fund a hydroponic farm at Fairview South. It grows lettuce for school lunches and gives students a hands-on look at how food gets grown. This community raised $70,000 for it, and that makes me glad I live here.

I live in Brookfield, my kids go to Elmbrook schools, and I'd like to see more of this. Telling people about EEF is the reason for this drawing.

Hi, I'm Laura.

I'm the broker-owner of Blauhaus Flat Fee Realty. I've been a Wisconsin REALTOR for about ten years and a Brookfield resident for fifteen. Sellers who list with me pay a flat fee, so you know the cost before we start. I work with homeowners in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.

If a move is coming up

Maybe it's you or maybe it's someone you know. I'm glad to talk it through, and there's no pressure. Check the selling box on the form, or pass my name along to anyone weighing it.
