FAQs

  1. 1. What does "flat-fee" mean? We charge a flat listing fee instead of a percentage of your home's sale. You still get all the exposure and MLS listing benefits.

    2. Who pays my agent / buyer's agent commission? This is fully negotiable in the offer to purchase. Most sellers offer around 2.4% to a buyer's agent — I've negotiated that down by as much as half for clients. It's one more lever in how much equity you keep.

    3. Will I still get MLS exposure? Yes — your home will list on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. Just like a traditional listing.

    4. Is there a catch or hidden fees? No. What you see is what you pay. (Note: If you cancel or relist, ask about any re-listing fees or terms.)

    5. Do I still get support / guidance from an agent? We offer a few tiers to match your comfort level — from MLS-only (great for investors and attorneys who want to handle the rest themselves) up to full-service support with hands-on guidance throughout. You pick what fits.

    6. Are there markets or price ranges you don't cover? I focus on Southeastern Wisconsin — Milwaukee and Waukesha County, including Brookfield, Elm Grove, and Wauwatosa. Outside that area, just reach out and I can point you in the right direction.

    7. How does your service differ from discount brokers or full-service brokers? I don't carry the overhead a big brokerage does, so I can offer the same quality across every tier — whether it's our MLS-only listing or our most full-service package, you get the same level of care. I take pride in every listing.

    8. How long until my listing goes live? Listings typically go live within 24 hours of contract execution.

    9. What happens after offers come in? If you're on an MLS-only listing, offers come straight to you — no middleman. If I'm handling the transaction, I'll keep you in the loop, help with negotiations, and take care of the paperwork.

    10. Can I cancel or change my listing? Of course! Anything can be worked out via contract. I'm here to make selling easy for you, while you keep your hard-earned equity in your pocket.
