Official Rules: Free House Cleaning Drawing

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You do not need to buy, list, sell, or refer anything to enter or to win.

1. Sponsor. This drawing is sponsored by Blauhaus Flat Fee Realty LLC, Wisconsin License #60411-90 ("Sponsor"). The Elmbrook Education Foundation does not sponsor, run, or endorse this drawing.

2. Entry period. The drawing begins on October 31st, 2026 and entries close at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 30, 2026.

3. Who can enter. You must be 18 or older and own or live in a home in Milwaukee County or Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members cannot enter. The drawing is void where prohibited.

4. How to enter. Complete the registration form HERE. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. Checking the box to receive emails and texts is optional and does not affect your chance of winning.

5. Prize. One winner will receive one free house cleaning from Blink Cleaning for a home of up to 2000 square feet. Approximate retail value: $369. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and must be scheduled with the cleaner by December 31, 2026. The prize applies to the winner's home within the service area in Section 3. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Drawing and odds. One winner will be chosen by random drawing on October 31, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Winner notice. The winner will be contacted by email and phone using the information on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or cannot accept the prize, the Sponsor may choose another winner by random drawing. For the name of the winner, email [email] after November 7, 2026.

8. Your information. The Sponsor will use the information you submit to run the drawing and contact the winner. If you check the optional box, the Sponsor may also send you emails and texts about real estate. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Your information will not be sold.

9. General conditions. The Sponsor may cancel or change the drawing if fraud, technical problems, or other issues outside its control affect fairness. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, or incomplete. By entering you agree to these rules. This drawing is governed by Wisconsin law.

Why I'm doing this giveaway

I recently joined the board of the Elmbrook Education Foundation. EEF started in 1958 as the Lancer-Spartan Scholarship Foundation. Since then it has awarded more than $1.8 million in scholarships and over $945,000 in grants for programs the district budget doesn't cover.

Right now EEF is helping fund a hydroponic farm at Fairview South. It grows lettuce for school lunches and gives students a hands-on look at how food gets grown. This community raised $70,000 for it, and that makes me glad I live here.

I live in Brookfield, my kids go to Elmbrook schools, and I'd like to see more of this. Telling people about EEF is the reason for this drawing.
